yep they call it uber key...
just hit "U" once..and you have the keyframes.. hit it twice "UU" and you'll see if the layer has been modify (it will show you all the changed items..like position...opacity..even if it's not keyframed) very useful..
another one that is missing..is the replace layer thing...
select a layer in the composition... then click "alt" and drag another element from the project view into the comp view... you`ll replace
that layer with the new element but you`ll keep the characteristic assigned to that layer..)
